The sheer tulle is so light I keep forgetting I’m wearing it, yet it’s still got that classic, subtle sexiness from the 1991 Vogue look. It layers perfectly over a slip dress without feeling bulky, and the hand-wash cold care is easy enough to stick with.

Finally, a cover-up that's actually sexy without trying too hard – the subtle sheerness is perfect. The nylon tulle is surprisingly soft and lightweight, and knowing it's made sustainably in the US makes me feel even better about it.

I was a little worried the tulle would be scratchy, but it's actually quite soft and drapes beautifully. Hand washing is a must, though, and it does snag easily if you're not careful.
